All our charters include professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Certain inclusions depend on the type of service — sunset cruises feature premium non-alcoholic drinks and snack platters, while corporate charters provide meeting amenities and professional catering options.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, it's best to reserve your spot with a minimum lead time of 2–3 weeks, particularly during high season (May–September). For corporate functions and personal celebrations, we advise booking 4–6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and to allow for personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost concern. Should unsafe weather be forecasted by our skipper, we will propose an alternative date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We actively track meteorological reports and will reach out at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we foresee potential issues.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may provide their own refreshments and snacks. We also present exceptional on-board catering services tailored to your palette. For safety considerations, glass receptacles are not allowed on deck.

What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is granted should you cancel at least 72 hours prior to departure. If you cancel between 24 and 72 hours before departure, you will receive half of your payment back. Any cancellations done within 24 hours of the trip are generally non-refundable, unless the cause is inclement weather or mechanical issues on our part.
